    Hello.Scotiabank has kind employees. I was there about 1 week ago. Quick service. Helpful information. Wheelchair accessible in back entrance.

    When I went to open a bank, The lady that helped me was dwelling on things and trying to make me change my mind of things. And saying that I shouldn't leave Aylmer. Then she went into the hall and started telling her co-workers what I had said; she was basically talking behind my back with the door open. Talk about unprofessional. Anyways, when I set up security codes I told her how to spell it and she still spelled it wrong, so setting up certain accounts became a large process to fix what she did wrong. Also, their machine at the bank doesn't let me use my card. I've called and they have said they're fixed it. I've had this bank account for not even a week and I don't to get rid of it. Don't go to this bank it's very frustrating.
